Tattoo Booking Process

Whether it’s your first tattoo or a new addition to your collection, I’m here to create body art that tells your story. Maybe you already have a clear idea for a geometric tattoo, or perhaps you’re still looking for tattoo inspiration and guidance. Either way, I’ll help you shape your vision into the perfect, personalized tattoo design.

With more than 10 years of tattooing experience and a deep passion for turning ideas into expressive, one-of-a-kind pieces, I love transforming your stories into conceptual tattoos that truly stand out.

Even if your idea doesn’t fit my usual style, don’t hesitate to get in touch. I’m always open to creative challenges and exploring something new.

Submitting your tattoo request

How to get a custom tattoo

Start by filling out the booking request form on my website and include as much information as you can. If you’re unsure what to write, just mention that in your message; I’ll be happy to guide you and offer advice.

When submitting your request, consider including the following details:

  • Tattoo concept. What kind of tattoo are you interested in (geometric, portrait, surrealist, realistic)? Describe your idea, and feel free to attach reference images that inspire you.

  • Color or black and grey. let me know your preference, or we can decide together.

  • Placement. Where on the body would you like the tattoo? It’s perfectly fine if you’re unsure; we’ll choose the best spot based on the design, available space, and size.

  • Approximate size. Don’t worry if you can’t estimate precisely. I’ll always share my professional recommendations, so stay open and flexible to get the best result.

  • Cover-ups. If this tattoo is covering a scar, skin mark, or an older piece, please mention it, as it affects the planning and design process.

  • Preferred booking date or time period. Let me know what works best for you and I'll check my calendar as well.

I collect this information to better understand your story, aesthetic, and goals so I can create a design that’s truly personal. Please keep your message focused on tattoo-related details. That helps me dedicate my time and energy to crafting your unique piece of art.

Come with an open mind to allow me to let my creative spirit bring your next tattoo to life.

My tattoo design process

When I will show you the design

Whether it’s large or small, your tattoo will always be crafted to reflect your personality and story. I truly value people's open-mindedness and flexibility when it comes to adjusting the initial idea based on my professional advice and experience. Collaboration and trust always lead to the best results.

Before the session, we’ll discuss your concept in detail to ensure we both have a clear understanding of what works visually and technically. Leading up to the tattoo day, I’ll refine the concept, collect inspiration, and prepare reference images that support your design.

The final design is created together on the day of your appointment, which allows for real-time feedback and collaboration. You’ll be directly involved in the creative process. You can share your thoughts while I explain technical aspects such as composition, flow, and skin adaptation. Not everything that looks perfect on paper works equally well on skin, and my goal is to create a tattoo that both lasts beautifully and feels right for you.

This collaborative approach ensures the design fits you perfectly and reflects a balance between your vision and my professional experience.

Please note that I don’t send designs in advance before appointments, and I only create tattoo designs that I personally execute. This helps maintain the artistic integrity and quality of every piece I create.

Costs and number of sessions

How tattoo pricing is estimated

I completely understand that price is an important consideration — it is for all of us. The cost of your tattoo depends on several factors, mainly the size, level of detail, and complexity of the design. The more information you share in your booking request, the more accurately I can estimate the price range for your project.

If you’re thinking about a smaller tattoo, let me know, it might take less than a full day, which will affect the overall cost. On the other hand, larger or more intricate designs often require multiple sessions to achieve the best result, especially for pieces with fine detail or complex composition.

To help you get a better idea, below you can find a few examples of my conceptual tattoos along with how long each piece took to complete.

Deposit, required to secure your appointment

Why terms and conditions apply

Once we confirm your project, you’ll receive an email with my available appointment dates. After choosing the one that works best for you, a €200 deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit must be paid within two business days of booking confirmation and will be deducted from the final tattoo price on the day of your appointment. Payment details and transfer instructions will be provided via email.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and serves as a firm commitment to your appointment. However, I understand that unexpected situations can happen. If an unforeseen event arises, you may reschedule your appointment once, provided you notify me at least 10 business days in advance. In that case, your deposit will be applied to the new agreed-upon date, depending on availability.

A deposit is required as a sign of commitment to the booking. It helps cover the time and energy I invest in discussing your idea and preparing for your piece before the appointment. It also secures the time reserved exclusively for you, which cannot be given to someone else if you cancel at the last minute. It also secures the materials and setup costs that go into preparing for each session.

Note: It’s completely natural to change your mind. If you decide to make any design adjustments or changes in size, please let me know in advance, as this may influence the overall design, placement, and the amount of time needed for your tattoo session.
